Great service by the Service Advisor. The only issues I have was problems with the radio volume going out when I tried to call out. The major issue and the reason for the low marks was the right rear tire lug nuts were not tighten finding one on the ground of my driveway. I checked the remaining nuts and found another one loose. Luckily this occurred at my residence and not while driving on the highway back home. I immediately contacted the Service Advisor, I have a return visit to the service center Mar 21, 2023. More

My only problem is how difficult is to make appointments, it takes several days to be able to come for service. Bad experience with advisor named PARKER. He did not keep informed of vehical progress at all. I was waiting over 2 hrs before I reached out and texted him for status. Rather than coming out He did not keep informed of vehical progress at all. I was waiting over 2 hrs before I reached out and texted him for status. Rather than coming out to waiting room to speak to me, he called me 10 min later on my phone to tell me what addition work I needed.( How long would me and my car have waited if I didn't reach out to him?) After 2 1/2 more hours I again texted him on vehical progress. He responded about 10 minutes later by text telling me vehical would be ready in 20-25 min. 45 min later I had to text him again to find out what was happening. He came out 10 min later telling me my car was ready.(again if I didn't reach out to him, how long would I have waited?!) All the other customers in the waiting area had their advisors coming out to give them updates...not me. In addition to that aggravation, I had specifically asked for synthetic BLEND oil change but ended up with and charged for a FULL SYNTHETIC change. PARKER needs coaching. I have been well satisfied here on prior visits but definitely not this time. More
