As I got there I mentioned I tried to schedule online and was told that online scheduling was disabled because to many appointments were being scheduled. The most highly unprofessional dealer I have ever been to. It is nearly impossible to make an appointment with the service department because nobody will answer your phone call. One I do manage to get through and the dealer performed a service, they broke a plastic pice, glued it back on, and when it eventually fell off they didn't even want to hear it because "we don't do that". Their method is: if we can fix it until you get home, we've done our job and you're out of luck. More
My car was in the shop for almost 3 months needing a New engine and starter under warranty. They did not offer me a courtesy car and I was without a vehicle for almost 3 months!! I was Also told it would only take a couple weeks and it was a couple months for my vehicle to be fixed. I also received no updates or calls from them and it was impossible to get a hold of the service department for updates. After I finally received my vehicle back, the next day my check engine light turned on again and I still have been unable to reach them again to schedule an appointment. I have Left several voicemails with no calls back. I will never voluntarily go to this Hyundai again, unless absolutely necessary. My check engine light is still on and still need to get it looked at but can’t seem to get a phone call back and no one answers the phone. More
