Overall, I am happy with the service I receive from the service department once I can get in for an appointment. There needs to be a better process to get an appointment faster. Waiting a month or longer to get a service appointment is unacceptable. There needs to be a separate check-in process and drop off for Genesis customers. I waited in a line of cars for over 30 minutes with an appt. That I was early for and was unable to receive a vehicle that I am suppose to get as part of my service contract. I was told that they only have one Genesis vehicle available. I am not sure why that is my problem. You need to have a rental vehicle ready for me at Genesis expense or get a Genesis dealership built ASAP. I feel you are false advertising these vehicles. I Love my car! Although, I will purchase a Lexus next time. My Dad has one and service is impeccable. You have a lot of work to do to meet the luxury line expectations. More
Should not have to wait over a month for an oil change. Manager was rude and I had to leave because I did not have an appointment even though I was told to come in by service rep to come in at 8 am.
