very unprofessional service center, 6 weeks before I got a rental. Crystal was nice throughout the process but her manager, didn’t get his name was very disrespectful when we went in to go check on the stat a rental. Crystal was nice throughout the process but her manager, didn’t get his name was very disrespectful when we went in to go check on the status of the car. took it to corporate because after Six weeks you would expect the car to be brand new however the car was not cleaned when I got it back, my license covers were changed without approval, I did not purchase my car from them and do not want to give them any promotion, only brought my car to them because I had too, my accident was right down the street so it was my only choice and heard great things about them but from experience I will not be bringing my car back to them. The service department was very unorganized. I was not offered any service to my vehicle after Hyundai denied approval under warranty. I would have liked to have know what needs to be done and t I was not offered any service to my vehicle after Hyundai denied approval under warranty. I would have liked to have know what needs to be done and the cost. The men in the service area were unhelpful and rude. I was then given someone else’s paperwork for their service before given mine which was blank! It shows nothing was done at all to my vehicle. When if fact after noticing a new fuse box cover I checked my VIN through the Hyundai Corporation website and a safety recall was done. I also waited 10 mins outside for my vehicle that they said was being washed to discover it was parked outside all along and not washed. I then went in to get my keys and was told rudely that they will bring me my keys after the wash when in fact my keys were hanging on their board and didn’t even wash my car. The whole experience was very unorganized and made me very uncomfortable. More
