Poor experience with service advisor and service department manager. Felt like I was taken advantage of with tire purchase, no communication as to how long service would take, zero help from any oth department manager. I was able to bring my car in the next day after speaking with the service manager. My front brakes were in bad shape and they took care of them and added my rear brakes to the list for convenience.
