My engine went out on my vehicle at just over 100,000 miles. When I spoke with the service manager about it he said “it’s just like cancer. You don’t know when your car will die”. I lost my 14 year old n miles. When I spoke with the service manager about it he said “it’s just like cancer. You don’t know when your car will die”. I lost my 14 year old niece to cancer 2 years ago. This was not a good way to explain it. I started crying on the phone and told him how hurtful it was. He did not apologize. All he said was “ so are you fixing the car or not”. I told him I needed to discuss with my husband. When I called back to the manager about the vehicle he hung up on me. I will not use this dealer ever again. More
