First of all I had an 8:30 appointment and I had to wait in a long line for half an hour before I was even called in. Then, I waited 2.5 hours for my vehicle to be serviced. When I left I got about half way in a long line for half an hour before I was even called in. Then, I waited 2.5 hours for my vehicle to be serviced. When I left I got about half way home and discovered the engine light came on. I returned to the dealer and another 1.5 hours later, I was told the service tech. had left a wire off of the knock sensor. I also fealt I was charged some bogus charges, eg. Battery maintence service. There was no indication that anyone had even touched the battery. It was a very frustrating experience and I WILL NOT be returning any time in the future for service or purchase of a new vehicle. More
