I haven’t had this truck a month and been here 3 times. People are unprofessional. They aren’t sure what is going on as far as answering questions. I had to ask for a manager and not 1 was here. Routine oil change and any manufacture scheduled maintenance. The service writer explained there was a recall on my car and had the mechanic check the recalled part. I came in for a follow up with my oil consumption. I was further informed that it failed. That I would have to leave my car overnight. I was told " Mam he is just going to tell you the same thing." I was introduced to Michael Kratschmer whom told me the same thing, said to me to look on the back of the wall where a host of keys were hanging. He said Mam all those keys are for people whom had to leave their car here and they have the same problem as you, none of them are acting like you ( my act: Sir I can not leave my car here, I do not have another car. I am due at a graduation, Sir I need a loaner and of course it was a firm- I can't. I guess a No is rude) and that Hyundai has not given me any loaners to give anyone else. I was told that they would fill my car up with oil and give me a couple of bottles in case I needed more oil and to return the car to the shop when I get back in town. I further asked more questions about my car situation and that is when I learned about the consumption problem. I will say this, In bringing my car to the dealership and spending this kind of money for maintenance. I would expect accuracy and better customer service. I understand busy, overwhelming, customers wanting miracles, not enough help. I work in healthcare and deal with the same thing. It is person at a time, one problem at a time. How you treat people make a big difference in any industry. Word of mouth is the best marketing. This type of treatment from a manager will bring a business down. I need to take my car back in and do not feel comfortable returning. Original findings had my car there 3 days no clear explanation and I had to beg for my car back. I pay a high car note, I do not have money for a rental car. Service at this location is very disappointing. More

A couple weeks ago I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire check. The following week I turn on my air conditioner and it made noises and no cool air flowed. Dealer had car for over 2 hours.
