My Car brakes got fixed. The guy helping me was supposed to call my warranty company to see if a pulley repair was covered. He told me, he tried calling and couldn't reach anyone. I feel he could have tried harder to reach them. I understand you guys are busy but I spent a lot of money on my brakes and I could have went somewhere else if all the repairs on my car wasn't going to get done. I also tried to schedule a remote starter install. And no one helped me. I was told to call and schedule and I was at the dealership. Very disappointing More
