Took car in because the engine light was flashing, and it would not accelerate. Colin called me at home a a couple hours later stating that the car was ready. Was advised earlier that afternoon both rear brakelights were not working. Called spoke to Tom looking to see if I could come in to check this out. Tom indicated no service openings availavble, but agreed t were not working. Called spoke to Tom looking to see if I could come in to check this out. Got there just as Tom was closing out his day, he passed me to Bryan who wrote up the order. 40 minuts later Bryan advised problem resolved, both bulbs were burned out. Quick fix, AWESOME customer service. I was worried about having to drive the vehicle on the expressway with no brakelights, Tom and Bryan rock. as well as the service. THANKS GUYS! More
