For the first time I am very disappointed with the service department. Every other time that I have taken my car in they do a ten point check of various functions of the car (brakes, lights, etc.) Th service department. I have always felt that the check list was what has kept my car running for over 100,000 miles because it anticipates things that may need repair before it becomes serious. I miss it. More

The dealership has always taken care of me for the most part. I have only had one not so good experience in the past were they dropped the ball, otherwise the service department has been great.
