Not only is this my second time bringing my SUV for the same reason the guy handing my concerns was not listening to me and was telling me different things depending on my response. When I told him about him up selling me about me getting new tires (after i just got new tires from somewhere else) it was all about money at this point he told me I'll get money from you regardless. I arrived with an appointment and things seemed not busy, just chaotic. There were two girls working maybe as porters that seemed to distract many of the guys from helping customers get their cars back on th just chaotic. I was told my car would be ready in 45 minutes to an hour and my car was not ready for an hour and a half. Nobody updated me as to what the delay was and I even sent a text which was not responded to. Upon completion, the paperwork was not right and it had to be changed which took another few minutes. I don't know if the service management has changed at this location but it is very different from the experience that I have received here over the last 7 years. Not a great experience for me this time. Unfortunately this is becoming more the norm rather than the exception. More
