I had an issue with my remote start and I had got their at 9 a.m. and had to wait until 2 p.m. for them to tell me they were ordering a new one. It was brought to my attention that I did not set my service appointment up with service department and the agent that monitors the online scheduling of service was not doing there job and missed my recall order. Why offer online scheduling then. Convenience, has wasted my time because now I have to make another trip and take more time off of work. I get things happen, things fall through the crack but this very inconvenient and unappreciated. As a customer Make sure you double check your service appointment especially if there are parts involved. Sorry just does not cover it. More

Another great experience with Tom and the service department. My airbag warning light came on on a Wednesday. Called Tom and got the car in the shop Friday morning with the Genesis car care package. department. My airbag warning light came on on a Wednesday. Called Tom and got the car in the shop Friday morning with the Genesis car care package. Paul came and picked up my car and dropped off a free G80 loaner. Got a call back in an hour and Tom said that the passenger side front air bag needed to be replaced. Tom needed to order an airbag and said that I should keep the loaner due to the safety issue. It took almost a week to get the airbag delivered. The repair was completed the following Friday morning and I got my G80 back in fine condition, with Paul exchanging vehicles at my house. Thanks for keeping me safe. More
