The service was performed in a timely manner. However, I was told at the time I signed the lease agreement that all oil changes and tire rotations are included - when I brought the car in for service with a was told at the time I signed the lease agreement that all oil changes and tire rotations are included - when I brought the car in for service with about 3750 miles, I was told that every other oil change is covered. That's quite a substantial difference. Another issue I have is that I was told the May, 2020 lease payment on my previous car (2017 Hyundai leased from Family Hyundai) would be waived since I signed the new lease on April 13, 2020. I have since received a notice from Hyundai indicating that I owe the May, 2020 payment. I looked into this and am still awaiting a response. Can you help with this? More
