I came in off the street for an oil change and was taken care of right away. They even rinsed my car for me. Everyone is always very friendly at this dealer. I absolutely love my Kona!!!! Slow as usual for an oil change /rotate. Not the techs faults, i make an appt which means NOTHING and it still takes 1.5 hours. This is why people go to quick lube places.. Our other cars from various dealers are really taking it serious. Here no employees, porters who moved my car and such pulled their masks up when in my car, all had it down on their necks. When the porter parked it in the lot, they did not wipe of the steering wheel and other things they had to touch in the car. Oh and their car wash is a joke, usually i tell them no wash and i forgot, and its came out spotty and dirtier than it went in since it just comes out not dried. More
