Way better than my previous visit. I got oil change and tire rotation in half the time I was told it would take. That's the way it should be done. Tell the customer it will be a little longer and then they are happy when their car is serviced in a shorter time. Makes sense. I would have given 5 stars, but I did not see anyone sanitize my seat or steering wheel or anything else inside when the car was ready. And I was not told that sanitizing was done. So I sanitized it myself and drove home with all windows open, just to be careful. I'm old and I avoided covid this long, so I'm extra cautious about getting sick. More

The dealership has signed up a customer with the wrong email address, my email address. I've received all kids of marking and personal information including sending me a document with the car's VIN, phone email address, my email address. I've received all kids of marking and personal information including sending me a document with the car's VIN, phone number, full legal name, and no way to get off mailing lists or communication about a vehicle I don't own. I've repeatedly asked them to address this with zero results including replying to a direct email from Tom S and begging for some help. In this age of leaky data and identity theft they have ZERO idea about how to respond to something that's wrong let alone protect your information. Avoid and find a responsive dealer. More
Brakes, ball joint, maintence, customer service I knew the brakes were getting bad, I was informed of other problems, was waiting for the results, and wad informed of that my car would have to stay I knew the brakes were getting bad, I was informed of other problems, was waiting for the results, and wad informed of that my car would have to stay over night, I needed a ride home, was given a ride home and was also given a ride back the next day to pick up my car.
