I was greeted by Ryan as soon as I walked into Family Hyundai. Ryan started asking me questions about my needs & wants in a car and then showed some cars I looked at on Family Hyundai’s website. This was all in the first 10 minutes of walking in. I loved that I never felt pressured once by Ryan. Every question I asked Ryan knew the answer, which really impressed me! I was back & forth on a couple of different cars. One was new and one was used. Ryan LISTENED to my needs not my wants. Of coarse I wanted NEW but Ryan sat me down and was real with me. We did a Pro and Con’s list and In the end I chose the used Tucson. I’m madly in love with my new car. I thought Ryan was beyond patient, understanding, & understood the reality of my financial situation. I really appreciate all of Ryan’s hard work and Family Hyundai for the positive experience I had buying my new car. More

Excellent Service The check in process, the quick service, and the final billing process was very friendly. The turn around time to have my oil changed was very quick. I signed up to get their VIP service which would have costed me much more. But the processor said I did not need all that work because it was completed prior to that visit. I appreciated the honesty. They could have done what I asked but instead saved me money by letting me know that my car was not due for all that service at this time. More
