This was the first time since owning my Hyundai that I have to give Family Hyundai a poor rating. I was at the dealership 4 hours for an oil change and to have brake pads replaced due to inadequate parts have to give Family Hyundai a poor rating. I was at the dealership 4 hours for an oil change and to have brake pads replaced due to inadequate parts previously used. The staff was not courteous and I had to approach them to obtain any information. I missed a very important business meeting caused by the extended time I was at the dealership. I contacted customer service to express my dissatisfaction. My husband and I are in the market for a new vehicle and I had him sold on the Genesis. This poor customer experience has caused me to rethink purchasing a vehicle from Family Hyundai. More

Good service, except for.. I am usually very happy with the service at Family since we've been here over 17 years. The service people were helpful and courteous. No problem.. One thing I always looked forward to after paying my bill was to get into my just washed and vacumned car. Not this time. The outside wash was so haphazard...you could see the swipes of the cloth that did not cover parts of the car looking very uncool and it was not vacumned. That is my only complaint. Love my Ioniq!
