Oil change and recall for technical the last two times I was very disappointed with the car wash. Back of car was not even touched by the liftgate. Broken mirror I have never given a rating so low to Hyundai. I brought my car in for a grease and oil change and to get my mirror repaired. I was told by Krystal I have never given a rating so low to Hyundai. I brought my car in for a grease and oil change and to get my mirror repaired. I was told by Krystal that I would need a whole new mirror and it would take 1 week for them to receive the mirror and paint the mirror. After 2 weeks I called Krystal to see if the mirror was done. I did not receive a call back from Krystal. I called Krystal back the next day and asked about the mirror. She said she would call the paint department and call me back. She, once again, did not call me back. I called the next day and Krystal informed me the mirror needed to be painted and she would call me when the mirror was ready. A couple of days later, Krystal called me and told me the mirror was ready. A total of 3 weeks, when I was told 1 week. My husband brought my car in to have the mirror placed on the car. The next day I looked at the mirror and found that the mirror was painted the wrong color! I called Krystal for a third time and she never returned my call. Now, I will need to call, again, and see why the wrong color was painted on the mirror. More
