Prices quoted over the phone were not accurate I was quoted a completely different price over the phone and when I had the service done and was paying at the cashier, the prices were much higher. Poor Service I have taken my vehicle back to the shop after picking it up from having repairs 3 times and I am very unhappy with the service. Why isn’t the technician not able to discover the issues when they test drive after repairs are done. Also additional repairs were done due to a faulty part from the previous repair of the turbo charge and I was not made aware of the additional damage and repairs. When I called and asked Brian what repairs were done to my vehicle he only stated the engine was replace and the turbo charge again. I mentioned the catalytic converters was repaired and asked why wasn’t this brought to my attention. He apologized and stated he forgot to advise and he did call Thursday and left a voicemail. When I mentioned the voicemail stated nothing about the additional repairs he stated it was too much to state on the voicemail however he didn’t request a call back to discuss additional repairs at no cost due to a faulty part that was repaired in the previous visit. Then he stated the person that called me to pick up my vehicle should have advised me. Brian had the nerve to get a attitude with me after I expressed my concerns and advised I am still have issues with my vehicle and he continues to speak to me in manner I do not like and state basically I should be happy that Hyundai repaired my Transmission and Engine at no cost because it was out of warranty. He previously advised the warranty on engine was extended to 120k miles due to known issues by Hyundai and he continues to talk to me in a manner as if Hyundai did me favor. The transmission was replaced, I picked up my vehicle and took it back because it would pick up speed. I was advised that was due to the turbo not working after a failing score was given on the survey. Brian did not advise it was not working. When I spoke to him he stated the turbo charge was adjusted and in the future it would need to be replaced. The paperwork when I picked up my vehicle stated it was not working and needed to be replaced. My extended warranty replaced the turbo charge and again once I picked up the vehicle it was not picking up speed and making noise. I took the vehicle back the very next day and this time around the engine was replaced along with the additional damage due to the faulty part of the turbo charge. Now I have to take my 2013 Santa Fe back to the dealership because there is a strong vibration I feel when my foot is on the break and it sounds like it is coming from the engine, the fumes a mention before to service in the vehicle are milder and there should be no fumes. It is making a noise when driving off and on that sounds like metal and I also smell something burning after I stop and exit the vehicle. It is costing me money, gas and a lot of time to continue to have to drive back and fort to the Tinley Park, IL and not once have I been offered anything for my inconvenience. The least that could have been done was offer me to return the loaner wherever the gas was when it’s time to pickup my vehicle and they could have offered to fill my gas tank since this time I only had 1/4 tank of gas due to driving back and forth to the dealership. More

Service person, Crystal Duran assisted with the service request quickly and efficiently. She informed me that the oil change would take about one and half hours. My car was finished in about an hour. I also had a question regarding my power lift gate. Crystal took the time to look at the programming and show me how the automatic hands free lift gate works. Great Service! More
