Very Comfortable Environment This was my first visit to Family Hyundai for recalls and I will be returning for service. I got processed it fast and the service rep was really nic This was my first visit to Family Hyundai for recalls and I will be returning for service. I got processed it fast and the service rep was really nice. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and welcoming. They offered free coffee, donuts and Wi-Fi. I was maybe there for about 1 1/2- 2 hours. I will be back!! More
After market work We were told that FH would need the vehicle for 2 days for the ceramic coating and under side protection. Vehicle was done a day early. Excellent job I had a wonderful experience at Family Hyundai during this last service visit. They performed an oil change, replacement of my steering wheel coupler I had a wonderful experience at Family Hyundai during this last service visit. They performed an oil change, replacement of my steering wheel coupler (which was still under warranty, and a recall on the engine software update was completed. I was so happy with their service and keeping me up to date on the completion of my car during the day. I'm especially happy that the steering wheel coupler was under warranty since it was an annoying sound happening in the cabin with every turn of the wheel. This fix has given me a new love for my 2013 Sonata. Thanks so much :) More
