I purchased my first Kia from Family Kia of St. Augustine and can honestly say it was the best car purchasing experience I could have asked for. Chris Ferguson contacted me approximately 1 month before I pur and can honestly say it was the best car purchasing experience I could have asked for. Chris Ferguson contacted me approximately 1 month before I purchased my vehicle and provided me with a quote on Different kia forte koup models. The quotes provided to me were itemized including all charges AND discounts. I called and contacted Chris several times over the month with questions and he alaways responded right away. When I arrived at the dealership my car was sparkling clean inside and out and the gas tank was filled up for me. The price of my trade and price of the car was exactly what we had discussed via email and phone. Chris was honest, knowledgable, friendly and went above and beyond to make my purchase experience great! He also accommodated to a special request in having a driver from the dealership follow me approximately for miles to remove existing equipment from my trade. I can't say enough about Chris and Family Kia. I will certainly be recommending the dealership to all of my family and friends. More

I recently purchased a 2014 Sorento from Family Kia of St. Augustine. Peter Steigerwald was the internet specialist that responded to my internet request. Peter was a courteous, professional and low pressure. He responded to all of my inquiries relating to the car specifications, pricing, incentive etc. Pete is not the typical new car salesman. He told me from the beginning that he would do his best to secure the vehicle that I requested and come in with the best price that he could. Well, much to my surprise, Pete did exactly what he said. He did offer the best deal over 6 competitors. He never used high pressure tactics or deceptive sales techniques to close this sale. A true gentleman and a man of his word. What usually turns out to be the worst part of the new car buying experience is entering the Finance office. This is when the pressure gets kicked up a notch or two. I'm happy to say that wasn't the case. Cheryl Castaneda, Finance manager, was great. Answered all my questions without hesitation. Informed me about extended warranties and a few other offers. Once again, very professional and courteous. No high pressure or arm twisting techniques. I would highly recommend Peter when you are considering a Kia purchase. More

Family Kia of St Augustine is the best!!!! Tom Howe is the man to see, he doesn't do that usual car salesman boojwaw-shwoowjwaw! He makes it as painless and as easy of a process as possible. He truly went above and beyond. Also made it his goal to make my 2 boys, both under three,comfortable. After a couple days of test driving some cars, Tom H. finally got the wave he had been wanting from my youngest as we were pulling out in our new car. Really a "Family" kinda place :)For sure will return to buy my next car from this dealership :) More

My boyfriend and I arrived at the dealership on a rainy Saturday to look at Kia Souls. As we pulled in to the dealership Jack Parsons met us in the parking lot with an umbrella. We told him what we were lo Saturday to look at Kia Souls. As we pulled in to the dealership Jack Parsons met us in the parking lot with an umbrella. We told him what we were looking for and our price range. He started with presenting us a base model, rather than trying to sell us on a top of the line car. After we did some thinking we discussed the options and color we wanted, they didn't have it on the lot, but they had one on the way. We went through negotiations with no hassle, and we were able to get a payment that we could afford. While our car was being shipped Jack arranged for us to drive a new Kia Soul off the lot to use until ours came in. This was a big plus because we live over 40 miles from the dealership and the car we were trading in was not running right (they will accept trade-ins that are older, and not in perfect working order, plus they can tow it). Wayne Acosta was also helpful in the negotiations and rebate process. When our car arrived at the dealership Jack Called us to come get it, and it was detailed and had a full tank of gas. We finished the paperwork, and we were off... Two happy customers in their first brand new car!! Thank you Family Kia!! More

Tony is very knowledgable, personable, patient in explaining details (we're 77 and 74) and has excellent follow-up...all in all, we give Family Kia and Tony DaSilva a "top of the line" mark of a 10! We have taken our Soul in with minor issues and always found the service department and entire staff to be professional and attentive..in a timely manner, we might add.
