Very disappointed in this service department. My car broke down, towed to Dealership, said it was my battery and sent me on my way. 15 minutes later it broke down again. Turns out, it was an eng My car broke down, towed to Dealership, said it was my battery and sent me on my way. 15 minutes later it broke down again. Turns out, it was an engine sensor. No diagnostics done the first time in or it would have been discovered. This is the second time this service department has sent me on my way with the car not being 100% fixed. After 26 year and 2 Kia's from this Dealership, I won't be back. More
