We highly recommend Ferguson Subaru when you are considering buying a new car. Jeremy was our salesman, and he was amazing. Purchased new 2023 Kia Carnival in Nov 2022. Problems started in August 2023. We contacted Ferguson immediately but they couldn't work us in until October. They couldn't figure it out so we retu Problems started in August 2023. We contacted Ferguson immediately but they couldn't work us in until October. They couldn't figure it out so we returned in November and left the car for over a month. No resolution, but they said the car was safe to drive. We made an appointment for two weeks later (we had a trip for Christmas). Returned the car, they worked on it, and they didn't know if it was safe to drive. It's now mid February 2024, they *think* they know what's wrong, but it's going to be a while as they have to send it out to a body shop. They also have to get approval from Kia before fixing it. I'm making car payments plus a rental. I'm not even sure if this will fix the car, much less how much longer they are going to make me wait. They should just replace the vehicle at this point - did I mention it was purchased new from them? It has approximately 15k miles at this point. We purchased from Ferguson because of Kia's warranty, which apparently doesn't matter. This is ridiculous. More

No haggling, no negotiations just the facts about the Pathfinder I was interested in. Jack Snedden was great about keeping in communication with both me and my son. I didn’t need to finance, I bought the SUV in cash - and shockingly, the price was consistently the same throughout the transaction. There was no additional amounts for a dealership’s ROI (Return on Investment, which happened at Patriot in B’ville) no surprise fees, just the exact cost of the Nissan Pathfinder. Ferguson Kia have been more than fair, like holding the Pathfinder because my flight back was weather-diverted to Dallas overnight because of iced over runways in Tulsa. If I had to go to a dealership to buy a car, truck or SUV, I’d choose to return to Ferguson KIA. They’ve been even better than the best More
I went in just wanting to go look around and came out with a new Crosstrek. Reese was my saleslady, and for only having been there for a few days she was absolutely great. Working with Chelsea in the service department was such a great experience.
