True process dealing with chuck was great. Super easy. The only thing that is annoying is pushing the extended warranty options once we say no. If you would have offered it at the lower price to begin with instead of screwing us over we would have took the warranty for $2500. That’s the only downfall of the entire transaction . I appreciate that there is an extended warranty, but once I declined or said I was not going to purchase it, at least not right now...tell me 'ok if you have any questions later as you think about it, please let me know' dont review the plan options again. There seemed to be a lot of wait around time with no update but that is just the truck buying process these days. Chuck has checked on my satisfaction with the truck personally and he recommended I call to set up a service appointment for 1 issue I told him about. More
