We were both amazed at the professional and personal service we received during the entire buying process. From the first visit to the dealership to the day we picked up our new Outback we were treated with respect and were not rushed into a buying decision with high pressure sales techniques. Came to buy, found our car, left with it. It was a 96 degree day in the sales lot when we enticed the salesman out into the heat to try to sell us a car. He was friendly and tolerant of our questions and thoughts. He did everything he could to sell the vehicle, He knew the vehicle well and spent all the time we needed to understand the vehicle and items we did not understand. Mr Kaveh Adib was as nice as we could ask while still trying to sell the vehicle. We got the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. and could not ask for more. Very Satisfied. I was disappointed when advised that they only had one Ultimate Denali Sierra 1500 with 22" wheels (standard on the Ultimate Denali), but that a manag I was disappointed when advised that they only had one Ultimate Denali Sierra 1500 with 22" wheels (standard on the Ultimate Denali), but that a manager has been using...no problem. They pulled up one with over 4,000 miles on it, and looked like about 500 of them had been in the Baha 500). I asked what the demo price would be and was told "it's not a demo, it's still a new car. I told him to not worry about the bite missing out of his sandwich, it's still new As I am leaving, they advise I might be able to get $1000 off...really? More

I feel extremely lucky to have met Kaveh when I first walked into the dealership. We took a walk and he took extremely great pride in every truck on the lot, explaining all the the differences between each trim line..... every detail, every feature.... just to make sure I knew the options in the GMC Sierra product. Finally narrowing down to two, we took both for a drive.... while both the AT4 and Denali were amazing trucks, the Denali felt like mine.
