Great from the start. I reached out to another dealership that blew me off due to my lack of time to physically be at their lot. Then I came across the exact same vehicle I reached out to another dealership that blew me off due to my lack of time to physically be at their lot. Then I came across the exact same vehicle on the Ferguson website. I reached out and was connected to Kaveh. Within a short amount of time he reached out, inquired about what I was looking for and interested in then emailed me a video of the exact vehicle that I ended up purchasing. He was nice and took the time to answer all my questions. He even gave me a couple days to think about everything and make sure I was making the right decision for my family.
