Typical annoying dealership this is not! My past experiences with other dealerships always meant going in on the defensive- from the annoying, cheesy, pushy, high pressure sales staff. I never felt pressured by anyone there. It was actually an enjoyable experience. Michael was very nice and informative. Took time to teach me about all the options on my Crosstrek as well as scheduled an appointment to come back in a couple weeks so that I can get any questions answered that might come up as I drive it.
