I’ve bought 2 other cars from Ferguson in the past. After looking at other places, I was talked into coming back. And as of now — I’m glad I was. I was looking for a specific car to trade my high m After looking at other places, I was talked into coming back. And as of now — I’m glad I was. I was looking for a specific car to trade my high mileage GMC Acadia Denali in for and ended up with a car a bit out of my price range, but the miles were great & it was certified preowned. Only issue with the car was a cigarette smell and I can’t get the plug in, in the rear, to work. Ferguson offered to do an ozone clean for my car (for the smell), I just don’t have a way to drop the car off for the day, as I live 40 mins away. But will try to figure out something soon, even if I have to sit there all day, bc I’ve tried air fresheners & fabric sprays, and it hasn’t worked and I’m a non smoker, so maybe I’m more sensitive to the smell. I do highly recommend my salesman Kendall however. He has called and checked on me a couple of times these past two weeks of having the car to make sure everything is going well. I appreciate the kindness. I would (& will) recommend him to friends/family. More
