Since I live about 2½ hours away, I couldn’t just stop by the dealership to look at the car in person. Dallas went above and beyond by sending me additional photos and detailed videos, answering every question promptly, and making sure I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable before making the drive. When I arrived at the dealership, the excellent service continued. Dallas was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely easy to work with. He made the negotiation process straightforward, fair, and completely pressure-free.
