Review The service and Service department itself are fine, but there are significant issues in the Transportation and in general responsiveness. Trying to get my car dropped off post-service (I.e. no need for a loaner) took three days and a dozen phone calls to resolve. All parties were very pleasant, all, beginning with my service advisory, said they’d be back in touch to confirm soon, and none were until repeated upset calls the day before. Best of intent, I don’t doubt, but very little follow-thru or ownership of problem. More
