We visited Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor In September 2017. We were greeted at the door by Alexis who is a dealer there. She was so welcoming and made the entire experience very enjoyable!! Alexis was not only willing to address any questions quickly from the beginning, through the test drive and completely through the finance process. She was a pleasure to work with. We purchased the 2017 BMW X-3 and we love it. Our experience with Alexis was so good that we still contact her with any questions and this experience will definitely migrate us back for a return visit at Ferman BMW Palm Harbor. Our next quest is a BMW convertible :) More
