My wife and I went to Greenville, SC three weeks ago to pick up her new BMW from the factory, and participate in the "BMW Ultimate Delivery Experience." Upon arrival in Greenville, we realized that we had pick up her new BMW from the factory, and participate in the "BMW Ultimate Delivery Experience." Upon arrival in Greenville, we realized that we had forgotten the vehicle tag which we had picked up earlier in the week from Robert Chodorowski, at Ferman BMW. In a panic, we reached out to Robert in the hope that he might be able to help. Robert saved the day, and our "BMW Ultimate Delivery Experience." He calmly communicated with the BMW factory in Greenville and determined what needed to be accomplished. He then emailed the necessary documents to Greenville, as well as orchestrating the taking of a photo of the actual vehicle tag which we had left at home. All necessary documentation was delivered to Greenville, and we successfully took possession of our brand new X4 M Competition, and drove it back to Tampa. More
