Selected Ferman as I was told at time of car purchase that they provide courtesy loaners. Which was not the case. I brought my car in for its first service that was to take 1-2 hours. So I waited. Aft that they provide courtesy loaners. Which was not the case. I brought my car in for its first service that was to take 1-2 hours. So I waited. After 2 hours I was advised I needed 2 new tires and an alignment. I asked how long it would take, and was advised 2 more hours max. I agreed to wait and have the work done. Advised both my consultant and the mechanic I had to be out of there by 2.00 as I had other appointments that could not be missed. They assured me I’d be done within the timeframe advised. My car was finished at 5.30pm. I missed my appointments, it impacted my vacation that I was going on the next morning. When I asked if there was a coupon or discount they could apply to the bill to make up for this situation, they gave me $20 off the alignment. My lunch cost me more than $20. Being new to the area (but not new to BMW dealerships), this was my first time I used Ferman. I’ve been a BMW owner for more than 5 years. I’ve always taken my BMWs (I’ve owned 3 - still have 2) to BMW dealerships for service and maintenance work. This by far was my worst experience. I recommend you take some of your top staff to BMW Sewell in Grapevine Texas and learn from them. They are top notch. They are the reason I drive BMW. More
