Good service We purchased a new x5 and the process went well. We ended up having a sensor issue, two months after purchase, which Sarasota BMW advised was not cov We purchased a new x5 and the process went well. We ended up having a sensor issue, two months after purchase, which Sarasota BMW advised was not covered under warranty. We took it back to Ferman, where we purchased the vehicle and they took care of it for us. Jimmy Whaley in the service Dept did a great job for us. More

Rude Manager Jamie Jamie starred at me after I told him that I’d be 30 seconds to tell Nick Hawk something. As I was less he kept starring at me. I told him thanks. I don’t know why this was a big deal. It broke goi g through the car wash, so it should have been fixed. I told him to quit starring at me. Then he walked over to me still starring at me. I asked for a manager. He belligerently told me that he name was Jamie and that he was a manager. I asked if I could speak to his manager. I went inside and talked with the service manager. As I walked out Jamie walked up to us and continued in his obnoxious rant rant saying that yes, it was me. More

Very dissatisfied. too costly too often. Unlike any other I have had a total of four BMWs in the last 27 years and I have spent more time and money in less than two years than the last three combined. The ser I have had a total of four BMWs in the last 27 years and I have spent more time and money in less than two years than the last three combined. The service individual says that because of high mileage or unknown when parts will wear out. While true, all three of my three previous BMWs had 125,000, 117,500 and 138,000 miles respectively and if I add all the maintenance and repair bills, it won't add up to the amount I have spent at Ferman. I have essentially purchased a used auto with the costs. I have been a loyal BMW customer for almost three decades, my entire military career. I will not buy another BMW! More
