Be prepared to wait! I came in with a confrimed appointment for my tire and rim protection on my 2018 BMW. At first they bounced me back-and-forth between the pre-owned s I came in with a confrimed appointment for my tire and rim protection on my 2018 BMW. At first they bounced me back-and-forth between the pre-owned service center and the new car service center. They finally settled after three transitions on the new car service center, and sat me down in the waiting room. I was under the impression that the room would be repaired, instead they just painted over at the damage. I waited about two hours for them to paint the scratch on my room, which realistically shouldn’t have taken more than 30 minutes. at first they bounced me back-and-forth between the pre-owned service center and the new car service center. I waited about two hours for them to paint the scratch on my room, which realistically shouldn’t have taken more than 30 minutes All of the customer service agents were pleasant, and everyon all of the Customer Service agents were pleasant, but the wait time was crazy. With a confirmed appointment, I shouldn’t of had to wait two hours to get something done that should’ve only taken 30 minutes. I will return to the service center, because I have a warranty. I cannot void my warranty by going somewhere else. I would be prepared to wait an extensive amount of time for a scheduled service. More

The day started with a greeter as I arrived, friendly and opened my car door, then lead me to my service te I had a great experience from Ferman Mini. When I returned at 1:00pm, my car was ready and again went into details about my repairs and asked if any questions. Later that day, he called to make sure the car was working properly.
