I had a great experience with everyone I came into contact with at Ferman. I actually had the entire transaction in place before I went in, and I feel very good about the deal we put together. Kim Moses was fantastic in working with me before I came in, Juan Flores was great with the financing and I enjoyed speaking with him, and Jeremy Quintana, my service rep, got me in and out quickly when I can back to have my side-steps put on. Josh Campbell was wonderful to work with. I was very happy with his genuineness and attentiveness. He made it a quick and smooth process. When I went home, I noticed a crack in the windshiel I was very happy with his genuineness and attentiveness. He made it a quick and smooth process.
