Very pleased with how Mr Santana handled our issues. We purchased a used 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 on Dec 30th. We drove it home but had some starting issues that might. We had not been able to drive the truck bc of it not starting. We changed the battery twice and still could not crank the truck. I sent an email to Ferman and received a call directly back from Mr Santana regarding my cranking issue. My truck was sent to local dealer, truck was diagnosed with a bad starter, replaced the starter and Mr Santana had the bill paid for and we were able to pick up our truck. We are so impressed with how we were heard and treated. We are so grateful that Ferman stood behind their dealership and their used trucks. We certainly plan on purchasing again from Ferman in the future. Thank you 🙏 for having such caring individuals working for and representing your company. More

We were met by Mo upon arrival and given a test drive. We were happy with the truck and continued with the purchase. We were disappointed with the detailing of the truck which was not corrected. We did wait several hours to get the sell finalized and Mo tried to get the detailing redone but was not able due to the detail dept. my greatest disappointment was the truck tool box was removed prior to us arriving. We were making the purchase online and took the pics on the website to be true. The truck bed shows where the tool box was so we have to replace it to cover the wear and tear on the top of the bed. That was ver disappointing to me. I almost walked away from the sell. Mo did apologize and we did make the purchase. I will purchase again from Mo at Ferman Chevrolet due to his kindness and his willingness to get the deal through for us. He was great to work with and never pressured us for the sale. Ty More
