Brought car in for 7500 mile service including oil and transmission change with filters. They said both were done. When I got home did not see transmission fluid on service ticket. Had to travel back agai transmission change with filters. They said both were done. When I got home did not see transmission fluid on service ticket. Had to travel back again to get it done. Dealer charges double for transmission fluid and filter compared to others. Over $1600 for this service is outrageous considering they did not even do it correctly. Beware of this dealer saying they did the work agreed on versus what they actually did and what they charge. Labor $200/HR is comical! More

Our daughter arrived at Ferman after some very upsetting turn of events with a used car she had purchased for herself from another car lot just a month prior. She contacted us from the street and we helped turn of events with a used car she had purchased for herself from another car lot just a month prior. She contacted us from the street and we helped navigate her to Ferman following some research. This was a pivotal decision as the Ferman team provided quick yet thorough assessment of that vehicle. Following a family discussion, we decided to trade in the vehicle and we were transferred to the Ferman Sales team where we were introduced to sales associate, Jerome Lennon. Jerome quickly assisted us with navigating the trade in car estimation and identifying a proper used vehicle for our daughter. Within a single day, this process was successfully navigated! Moreover, during the final walk thru of the vehicle, Jerome identified an issue which the dealership fully stood behind and remediated. Fantastic customer service, communication, and professionalism demonstrated end to end in our engagement. We are very happy to have discovered Ferman during an hour of need and looking forward to partnering with them over the years. Highly recommended!! More

The service department is poorly ran. I arrived 10 minutes before my 4:45 appointment and was not helped until after 5pm. A customer that arrived 5 minutes after me was taken care of imme I arrived 10 minutes before my 4:45 appointment and was not helped until after 5pm. A customer that arrived 5 minutes after me was taken care of immediately and her vehicle was serviced while mine was not taken back for over 90 minutes after my arrival and did not leave till 7pm this is my third time with bad service at Ferman and will look for another Dealer to handle my warranty for Chevy..... More

Mr. Michael Stevens was slammed with other customers but was kind enough to 'adopt' me and my key fob replacement issue. He expediated my flow through the system and followed up with me, enabling me to get was kind enough to 'adopt' me and my key fob replacement issue. He expediated my flow through the system and followed up with me, enabling me to get back home in a very timely fashion. He is my HERO at Ferman Chevrolet and there just are not many heroes left in this world that actually CARE about the human experience at their workplace. We made an appointment to have the master switch for power windows fixed and a check engine light checked. When we arrived, I made the mistake of mentioning that we may have a small radiator leak and if power windows fixed and a check engine light checked. When we arrived, I made the mistake of mentioning that we may have a small radiator leak and if they could confirm that suspicion. They had our Traverse for over 2 and a half hours and nothing ended up getting fixed not even the master power windows switch that doesn't take much time to do. What did they do with all that time? Diagnosed a bunch of other things that we didn't ask for which would have been fine if they had prioritized what we knew we wanted fixed. I believe part of the reason the service was subpar is we had Ally Major Guard to supplement the bill and Mike Stevens gave us every indication he was skeptical of making it work today and therefore was not going to make any special effort to make it happen. I suppose it's my fault for not trusting my instincts and getting out of there right away. But we had a good experience using Ally with another dealership Stingray Chevrolet on a Saturday, so we hoped it would be a similar result here but that was not the reality at all. An absolute waste of time and I'm not looking forward to having to fight a bill for the time that they wasted to not fix the problems we informed them of ahead of time. Hopefully, others will read this and avoid a similar fate. More
