My Ferman experience was great, because of Rachel and Ron. They made the buying experience easy and I didn't have to spend 10 hours at the dealership purchasing a vehicle. The dealership was acceptable. We did not come back and buy specifically because of anything the dealership did or did not do. We did, on the other hand, come back and buy a vehicle because Nelly did so many things right. HE, exclusively, deserved our business. We did come by on a day that Nelly was not working and we were shown around by Cody. We were not a fan of Cody as he did not do anything productive for us. On top of that, he was the epitome of the “car salesman” that deters me from car dealerships. I REALLY hope he did not receive ANY credit for the purchase of our new car. More
