My 2021 vette needed a part. They said they ordered it and 2 months went by. Numerous calls to them were not returned I finally went to the dealership and they started checking They said they ordered it and 2 months went by. Numerous calls to them were not returned I finally went to the dealership and they started checking why it hadn't come in. They found out it was an instock item and never was ordered 3 visits to them for a minor fix. They kept the car 2 days twice. Their shuttle service sucks. Waited 2 hrs for a ride. More

Angela worked with us trying to buy this new car. Most of the day.. We had to know if it was dingy towable (flat towable). She contacted everyone she knew to make sure it was. Then we had to spend 2 hours getting my bank to finance it. Another 1.5 hours doing paperwork with manager. It worked out though he got our interest rate lowered. Happy about that. I was dealing with three dealerships. Then there was Ferman. I honestly didn’t even want to go there because everyone else was giving me the runaround. My credit wasn’t great, but I needed a truck. Kimb Ferman. I honestly didn’t even want to go there because everyone else was giving me the runaround. My credit wasn’t great, but I needed a truck. Kimberly was patient and just told me to come in and assured me that they would work with me. Marquel (spelling) was my sales guy and let’s just say that he made my dream come true. No pressure, gave me an insane amount for my trade in to make our deal work. Left with a beautiful truck that I never thought I could have. I’ll always go to Ferman for my purchases in the future. They made me feel like a human being with an actual pulse. More

I made the mistake of buying a car from Ferman. It has proven to be very dangerous to driver and passengers. Ferman would not fix it when it was under warranty and I have spend thousands of dollars and y proven to be very dangerous to driver and passengers. Ferman would not fix it when it was under warranty and I have spend thousands of dollars and years trying to make it reliable transportation. I am at my wits end with the defective vehicle that I begged Ferman to repair. I am filing complaints from Tampa to Detroit. Beware of the lies, the put offs and being patted on the head and treated like an imbecile. More

Both Kim Moses and Rebecca Wilson made it an awesome experience at Ferman of Tampa. They got me exactly the truck I wanted, with the right options. This was accomplished even in the environment where there is no inventory to pick from. They were super professional, walked me through the process, kept me updated the entire time from manufacture of the truck to delivery and it was actually fun. Totally recommend Ferman of Tampa specifically Rebecca. She took the time to ensure that I got what I wanted and did not pressure at all. They were even super fair on the trade in process.
