Ferman Chevrolet - Tampa

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Over the past 12 years I have purchased at least 1 and sometimes 2 $80k 3500 high country Silverado’s a year from Sunset Chevrolet and should have Over the past 12 years I have purchased at least 1 and sometimes 2 $80k 3500 high country Silverado’s a year from Sunset Chevrolet and should have stayed there. I went to Ferman for my 2021 truck and it was the biggest mistake I have ever made. From the sales rep to the manager to their service department, they all have lied to me. It took over 7 weeks to get a measly $500 deposit back. Then they bait and switched me on the wheels and tires I was supposed to get. When I showed proof of what I ordered they still were trying to not make good on my purchase. It took another 4 weeks after that to get the correct ones. Even my wife was lied to, they told her they would treat her to a spa treatment if she bought a new truck. She bought one and now they are denying it, even though we have him on video promising her. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FERMAN TO ANYONE! More

Josh went above and beyond! We are a picky pair and he went back and forth getting keys for us to find the right car for us! The entire experience was smooth start to finish!! Excellent "Guest" service! Miles never refered to me as a customer and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. Andre in finance was great as well, infectious personality and very knowledgeable customer and treated me with respect throughout the entire process.
