Ferman is a very patient dealership to work with. I had been inquiring about a chevy blazer online for a while until going in. The online customer service is friendly and very responsive. It was a bit of a hassle to trade in my prior vehicle, but I was able to get a fair price (over KBB value) and a decent discount off of MSRP.
