He promised me they take care of those 5 month, that was on the table from the very beginning. Two days ago the sales manager spoke with me about to review the case and as of today no call received. Feel bad they took or added the $ 1709.25 to my financing. If that is someting that I have to carry I would preferred to have the choice to get another car, stay with my lease until the end of it. I have been a loyal customer from Ferman chevy Tampa since 2013 and now I will make sure no one from my family, relatives or friends have business with this dealership. I’ll admit, I was a bit discouraged at first that I wouldn’t be able to purchase anything that would be within my budget. Yet, I somehow ended up leaving the dealership with brand new 2019 model, with roughly the same payments I had on my last vehicle. Everyone there was pleasant, helpful and professional. They even kept giving my two year old balloons to keep him happy! This was my first time at this dealership but it definitely will not be my last! More
