I came in with my family looking for 2018 or newer with low mileage and only a specific amount of money in which we could afford. I know what I was looking for was very specific and the amount of money having to deal with was very scarce and a simple “I’ll try and see what I can do for you” and ending with “we don’t have anything in our inventory that can meet your needs” would have sufficed. Instead he asked to see our loan draft to see if he can show us cars that we DIDNT WANT. If he would have asked or started small talk he would have known that I work for Suncoast Credit Union and I know exactly what the loan I took out is. I completely understand a car buying process and know that what I prefer for a car is my preferences, while the loan draft is allowing me to buy an older car with more mileage IT WAS NOT MY DESIRE. I DID NOT want a 2015 SUV with 46,000 miles on it. It’s NOT what I asked to see. And when I told him what I was expecting he laughed in my face and told me there was no way I would find something like that in my price range and then tried to explain the loan to me as if I didn’t UNDERSTAND IT! At that point I was infuriated at the fact that he truly thought I was incapable of understanding what I was wanting and what my loan says. He tried speaking to me as if I was a child which I completely did not appreciate so I walked out. Once he saw I had my back turned he looked at his associate put his hands in the air and rolled his eyes!! The reason I know this is because my husband saw the whole thing. The absolute immaturity in this associate combined with the inability to attempt to show me something that I desired completely baffles me that a dealership would allow an associate like this to be working and representing them. I do not recommend this associate to anyone. More

Honest, knowledge, personable and efficient aptly describes Marckell and Juan. Working with them was an absolute pleasure. You can bet that the next time we need to buy a car we’ll check with Marckell and ask for Juan specifically. We’ll come back to Furman even though it means driving from Tallahassee. Thanks!! He was able to pluck a beautiful year old car out that fit the bill. The finance department worked very nicely with my bank to get my loan dealt with.
