I also worked with Jeff shegog doing the finance. I had purchased a new 2018 red camaro. I didn't notice until I got home that I online said only had 56 miles on it when it has 765 mules an a oil level of only 75%. I called Jeff right away and he said he would do what it takes it make it right. I was able to drive the red one for 2 1/2 days until a brand new 2018 blue camaro came in right off the truck with only 4 miles and 100% oil level. I was very happy that I was treated like family and Jeff and Frank made sure to make things right More

Overpriced Was told the work that was to be done was going to be $270,and the windshield wipers were about $15 each, which i verbally agreed too. When my bill was presented to me initially, was about $513. After talking about intial conversation, bill ended up being $428, after a discount. The wipers, which i bought, turned out to be $28 each. I would not have agreed to this. Overall, i anticipated according to intial conversation to have a bill at around $300. I was forced to pay the $428. The service guy, did give me a free fuel up for when i needed it. More

Nobody took the time to talk to me or ask if I had questions, maybe because I'm just supposed to be a nieve female. When I went to pick it up and pay I was rushed and didn't get to ask questions before my service tech was already gone back out the door to the next customer. I wasn't satisfied with the service as I still don't know if that was the true or only issue with my car. I can't even tell you if it's fixed. It still drives the same. More
