Waited 2 weeks for appointment, truck sat for an hour before being looked at. Only needed headlight which they knew and had all the information about the truck before hand. I bought my truck from this dealership back in 2016 and have always taken it for service there. I have never had a problem up until now. At this visit I was constantly lied to, terrible communication, and have always taken it for service there. I have never had a problem up until now. At this visit I was constantly lied to, terrible communication, and they still haven't done everything I requested. My truck was in their possession for a total of 36 hours for an oil change and 3 tire change with alignment. I asked for a estimate on some damage to the truck and when I arrived to pick it up I was told that they forgot. He took pictures and said he would get it right over to the collision center to get me an estimate and I would be receiving an email the next day. Than never happened. It really sucks that this happened because I never had a problem previously. More
