On July 5, 1995 Ferman Motor Car Company celebrated the 100th Anniversary of its foray into the transportation business when Fred Ferman bought out his partner, and became sole owner of Tampa Cycle Company.

Tony is an excellent service advisor. He listened to the problem and fixes it. Your call center on the other hand needs help. They ask what service you want but don't listened. Sometimes I wonder if they know what a car is and have they ever driven one. I had a lot fewer problems when you could call directly to the dealership you wanted to take your car to. More
