The customer service and staff are always very good. The only other feedback I would give is that the service itself always takes forever. Our last appointment was for an oil change scheduled at 9:30am. The only other feedback I would give is that the service itself always takes forever. Our last appointment was for an oil change scheduled at 9:30am. We were not able to pick the car back up until 5:30pm? Sadly, this is always the case. We use you guys for all of our services but have learned to prepare to be without the car for the entire day. Thank you! More
