No customer service. I have a nail with fix a flat in one tire after being serviced for 3 weeks. No offer to replace tire and denied that this could have happened at Chevy, therfore, it could have only been me if Chevy is not at fault. I do not own fix a flat and never had an issue with any tires. Tony was my assistant and I felt belittled and was not treated as a valued customer of Chevy. I am just another number. I should be offered a new tire at no charge to me and this would have all been fine and we all go on our merry way with a five star review for CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

I dislike the amount of times I have had to come back for a check engine light on my brand new 2025, while I had to leave my car in the service center for a few days I at least expected a decent amount of ga a check engine light on my brand new 2025, while I had to leave my car in the service center for a few days I at least expected a decent amount of gas in my tank as I had given it at a quarter of a tank which is a little over 110 miles i got it back on almost empty with 60 miles to get me home an hour away. Had my Equinox at another dealership about a week waiting on a part. My granddaughter called Ferman and they had the part I needed. Had my Equinox towed to Ferman on a Thursday. Kevin in the parts department had the part sent to the service department. Steve Kikta was my service advisor and was very helpful calling and discussing what would be needed to fix my Equinox. My Equinox was fixed on Friday. Kudos to the technician for doing a great job installing the part. They also did a courtesy wash and vacuum. Great dealing with everyone involved. More
