Oil change with no appointment My college son had come home and we were cleaning his car when I noticed he was over due for an oil change. After we were done I took his car to Ferma My college son had come home and we were cleaning his car when I noticed he was over due for an oil change. After we were done I took his car to Ferman Chevy where I met Tony. I asked him if I could get and oil change with out an appoint. He went into the service garage to see how many were ahead of me. he came back with a time to complete the service and I was ok with waiting. They changed the oil and filter, rotated the tires and check everything so I was sure my son's car was safe to go back to school. What a relief, Thanks to all. They have the best service department in the area. More

Repeated Oil pan leaks Leaking upper oil pan.. brought in for service and waited for hours. When i checked on progress i was told part was out and wouldnt be ready till the Leaking upper oil pan.. brought in for service and waited for hours. When i checked on progress i was told part was out and wouldnt be ready till the next day. Was not offered a loaner car until end of business when I couldn't return to get the vehicle. Got vehicle back and oil was still leaking all over my driveway. Apparently they replaced the lower oil pan but not the upper that was actually a problem. Despite the inconvenience they did not top off my oil. Tom was good and has normally been great with service but I dont believe i will return to ferman for service and would prefer even warranty service to be done at another chevy location. More
